শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি

ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন। যদি আপনি একেবারে সম্মতি না করেন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন।

পণ্য ও পরিষেবা

ঘরোয়ার ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত সকল পণ্যের বিবরণ, মূল্য, ছবি এবং তথ্য সর্বোচ্চ যথাযথতা বজায় রাখার চেষ্টা করা হয়। তবে তথ্যের ভুল, পরিবর্তন বা আপডেটের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা আইনিভাবে দায়মুক্ত থাকব।

অর্ডার, পেমেন্ট ও ডেলিভারি

  • অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া:
    সমস্ত অর্ডার অনলাইনে দেওয়া হবে এবং অর্ডারের সময় আপনার নাম, ঠিকানা ও যোগাযোগের তথ্য প্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক।
  • পেমেন্ট:
    ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্টসহ বিভিন্ন পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করা হয়।
  • ডেলিভারি:
    • ঢাকার ভেতরে: ৬০ টাকা
    • ঢাকার বাইরে: ১২০ টাকা
      সারাদেশে নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহের সর্বোচ্চ প্রচেষ্টা করা হয়।

রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

“ঘরোয়া” সর্বদা নিরাপদ, স্বাস্থ্যসম্মত ও মানসম্মত খাদ্যপণ্য সরবরাহে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ। তবে ভোক্তা অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন, ২০০৯ অনুযায়ী, যদি সরবরাহকৃত পণ্যে কোনো ভৌত ত্রুটি, মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণতা, ভেজাল, অথবা প্যাকেজিংজনিত সমস্যা দেখা দেয়, তাহলে গ্রাহক রাইডারের উপস্থিতিতে পণ্য যাচাই করে ত্রুটি শনাক্ত করতে পারবেন এবং তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন। এ ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো অতিরিক্ত চার্জ বা রিটার্ন ফি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

তবে যদি পণ্যটি গ্রাহক নিজে ব্যবহার করেন, সংরক্ষণের ভুল করেন, অথবা যাচাই না করেই গ্রহণ করে পরবর্তীতে অভিযোগ করেন, এবং তা যাচাই করে মিথ্যা বা ভিত্তিহীন প্রমাণিত হয়—সেক্ষেত্রে কোনো রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড প্রদানযোগ্য হবে না।

আমাদের লক্ষ্য হলো গ্রাহক যেন গুণগত মানসম্পন্ন খাদ্যপণ্য পান, এবং সেইসাথে বিক্রেতা ও ভোক্তা উভয়ের ন্যায্য অধিকার সংরক্ষিত থাকে।

দায়বর্জন ও সীমাবদ্ধতা

ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদত্ত তথ্য ও উপাদানগুলিতে কোনো ত্রুটি বা অসামঞ্জস্য থাকলে সংশোধনের চেষ্টা করা হবে, তবে এর জন্য আমরা কোনো আইনি বা আর্থিক দায়ভার গ্রহণ করব না। ব্যবহারকারীদের এই তথ্য সতর্কতার সাথে ব্যবহার করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

Ordering, Payment, and Delivery

  • Ordering:
    All orders are placed online and require you to provide your name, address, and contact information.
  • Payment:
    We offer multiple payment options, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods.
  • Delivery:
    • Within Dhaka: 60 Taka
    • Outside Dhaka: 120 Taka
      We strive to deliver your order within the stipulated timeframe across Bangladesh.

Returns and Refunds

At Ghoroya, we are committed to delivering safe, hygienic, and high-quality food products. As per the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, if any delivered product is found to have a physical defect, expiry issue, contamination, or packaging problem, the customer has the right to check the product in the presence of the delivery agent and return it immediately. In such cases, no additional charges or return fees will be applied.

However, if the product is accepted without checking, mishandled after delivery, or if any complaint is later found to be false or without valid grounds, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Our goal is to ensure both quality assurance and the fair rights of consumers and sellers, in accordance with the guidelines of BSTI, Bangladesh Food Safety Authority, and the Consumer Protection Law.

Limitation of Liability

While we endeavor to maintain the accuracy of the information presented on the Website, any errors or discrepancies will be corrected promptly; however, we are not legally or financially responsible for any such inaccuracies. Users are advised to exercise discretion when using the provided information.
